2.1 Photos and Images You Provide

When you use our App, you may provide us with:

  • Personal Photos: Images of yourself that you select from your device's photo library for the virtual try-on feature
  • Clothing Images: Photos of clothing or fashion items you wish to virtually try on

2.2 Device Information

We may automatically collect:

  • Device type and operating system version
  • App usage analytics (anonymized)
  • Crash reports and performance data

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 User Photos

Your photos are used solely for the following purposes:

  • Virtual Try-On Generation: Your personal photo and clothing image are processed by our AI system to generate a composite image showing you wearing the selected clothing
  • Real-Time Processing Only: Photos are transmitted to our AI processing service provider in real-time and are not stored on our servers
  • Display Results: Generated images are displayed within the App for your viewing

We do NOT use your photos to:

  • Train AI or machine learning models
  • Create user profiles or databases
  • Share with advertisers or marketing partners
  • Perform facial recognition or biometric analysis

3.2 Generated Images

AI-generated try-on images are:

  • Returned directly to your device
  • Not stored on our servers
  • Optionally saved to your device's photo library only at your request

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 AI Processing Service

We use a third-party AI service to process virtual try-on image generation. When you use the try-on feature:

  • Your selected photos are transmitted securely to our AI service provider for processing
  • Images are processed in real-time according to the provider's data processing terms
  • Your photos are not retained or used to train AI models
  • Processing occurs in real-time only

4.2 Analytics and App Infrastructure

We use third-party services for:

  • App configuration and feature management
  • Anonymous analytics
  • Crash reporting

4.3 Apple StoreKit

For in-app purchases and subscriptions, we use Apple's StoreKit framework. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is not accessible to us.

5. Data Storage and Retention

  • App preferences are stored locally on your device
  • Anonymized analytics may be retained for up to 14 months

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only as follows:

  • AI Service Provider: Photo data for AI processing (as described in Section 4.1)

  • Photos are transmitted securely and not stored persistently

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Photo Access

  • You control which photos to share with the App
  • You can deny or revoke photo library access in your device settings
  • Photos are only accessed when you actively select them

8.2 Generated Images

  • You choose whether to save generated images to your photo library
  • You can delete any saved images from your device

8.3 Data Deletion

Since we do not store your photos on our servers, there is no personal photo data to delete from our systems. To remove any stored preferences:

  • Delete the App from your device
  • This will remove all locally stored app data

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
